Leader. Citizen. Partner. All of these are important aspects of who I am and what I do. This page echoes my interests, challenges, and most importantly: my lessons learned.
I have a wide range of leadership, technical, and management experience in my personal life, private industry, and the military. While have proudly served the U.S. Air Force, my strongest drive is to serve my country and its people, including the Airmen I work with. My guiding principles are important, though evolving. One of the most important ones (that still gets me in trouble) is simple:
I'd rather do the right thing the wrong way than do the wrong thing the right way.

U.S. Air Force – multiple locations
- Over 20 years as an active duty enlisted Airman with 11 deployments across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa
- Led 220+ instructors and staff across 19 teams to deliver 41 courses annually to over 700 aviation and intelligence professionals, feeding operations for ten partner organizations
- Organized a comprehensive training and personnel review, integrating cutting-edge technology, realigning curriculum with evolving educational needs, and unfreezing the culture of over 2,500 personnel across five locations
- Spearheaded facility expansion efforts, improving access to high-tech learning environments, eliminating shift work, and returning 100% to office
- Strengthened team engagement and retention by resolving over 1,200 personnel complaints and advocating to onboard additional medical and human resources support personnel
- Eliminated student training backlog, increasing production by 400% and reducing training time by over 200 days per student
- Designed crisis response strategies to ensure uninterrupted student graduation during COVID-19, achieving a 230% increase in training output
